Shaelee Ribbink

I’m a 21 year old third year student at Stellenbosch university studying Supply Chain Management and Logistics. I’m detail focused, organised, and strong with admin tasks. I’m looking for part time remote admin work where I can support a team, manage tasks efficiently, and add value from day one.

From February 2023 to August 2023, I worked as an Office Administrator at Antolo Investment and Trading. I sorted and organised files, spreadsheets, and reports to keep records accurate and up to date. I handled invoicing and created purchase orders, ensuring smooth daily operations. I answered office calls, responded to emails, and booked item collections. I also reconciled office accounts to maintain clear and accurate financial records.

Finished school at St Henry’s Marist College in 2022, now onto studying at Stellenbosch University in 3rd Year.
