I have obtained 3 awards for best NPS/CSAT within and throughout campaigns and sites. I have also successfully completed a “Contact Centre Operations management” learnership and obtained the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical experience and skills to build and maintain clientele within the organisation and externally.
