Throughout my career, I have developed a diverse skill set working in various customer-facing roles. I started as a technical support agent, handling voice messaging and chat inquiries. I then transitioned to a collections voice role, where I developed strong communication and negotiation skills.
My performance excelled in these positions, and I was promoted to be a performance coach for a U.S. campaign. In this role, I trained and mentored new agents, helping them deliver exceptional customer service. Most recently, I have been working as a manager for Amazon Ring, overseeing a team of customer service representatives.

I metriculated in 2012 from Ogwini comprehensive technical high school, I then went to university of kwazulu natal to study B.A politics philosophy and economics, i did not complete my studies due to financial implications, at the moment I am registered with UNISA for a bachelor's in education.
