I am a very hardworking person who grows strength from challenges and I have worked as a sales agent at Velocitti and this is where i gained a high degree of self motivation and ambition, excellent communication skills, the ability and desire to sell ,a positive,confident and determined approach and also skills to work both independently and as part of a team. I then after went on to being a Quality assurer where my duties here included call inspection ,quality checks and making sure that the customers are not being misled in anyway and that the compliance script is read verbatim. And my last job i worked as a First line network support/Customer service advisor where my duties here included inbound and outbound sales, reporting troubleshooting , monitoring of the server ,interacting with the customers and the service providers ,making sure that targets are met while also maintaining a high quality of service and also running with daily meetings and presenting of stats.
