My name is Sinazo Ntlabathi Mbadamana I was born and growing up in the Eastern Cape called Willowvale, I completed my national diploma at Walter Sisulu University in Information technology under Business application. I started my career at TFG as an intern working as service desk Agent after a year I got promoted I knew they saw something on me. In 2022 I got promoted at NSC global technologies as service desk analyst I am still currently working for them. I am consistently self motivated I can work under pressure also I am passionate about my work.
Resolved 20+ trouble tickets per day through efficient triaging of problems
Respond to and resolve customer's questions and technical issues using email and phone calls
Working on incidents and service requests tasks, escalating to the next level of support if necessary
Create an FAQ document and additional technical support resources for customers to access outside of the company's operational hours
Setting the priority for resolving incidents based on impact and urgency

In depth troubleshooting (i.e Active directory)
Install hardware and peripheral components (printers, scanners, keyboard and monitors)
Troubleshooting applications like emails, Microsoft teams if are updating
Setting up passwords of store users and company users
Assisting user with TFG applications(Emails,OneX, InTouch etc)
Resetting store's POS(point of sales)
Programming scanner and printers for stock takes and markdown
Making sure TFG are online for trading
