- Managing BVO's to ensure successful execution of schedule
- Tracking the vehicles using mix telematics
- Making FANS(loading slips) for drivers to load at the gantry using Fuelfacs system

- Reporting near misses and conducting toolbox talk and find lessons on them.
- Doing drive along starting from the gantry to check if the driver is loading, driving and delivering safely.
- Monitor actual trip times against plan and escalate any deviations.
