I am eager to apply my skills and my experience of management in my past roles as an agent via telephone & via interaction with customers. I am eager to apply my knowledge of public policy & effective administration.
After finishing my course in Public Management N6, I applied for positions in my rank without any luck and so I worked in Sales and worked my way up. From being a Credico financial sales representative, I wanted to develop insight as to how a hard earning population looked like & assisting with their day to day concerns and making sure account holders are at all times happy with the services that I deliver. I got to Centurion to push the boundaries further and worked in a similar role only behind a telephone this time as I became qualified for it and underwent further training at an institution.
