I am Technical Support Engineer currently working at Vodacom, I provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers making sure that our customer issues are resolved and determining acceptable ways to restore services within the Service Level Agreements (SLA) in the event of a failure.
I ensure an optimised First Line resolution rate, through analyzing the reported fault and completing detailed diagnostics to resolve the problem via remote troubleshooting and support through approved remote support applications.
