Ensure accurate food and drink orders are taken and entered using DMS, Micros, and checks depending on the outlet.
- Ensures satisfaction of service with guests in assigned stations and resolves any service and/or product deficiencies that may occur.
- Ensures that the assigned station is properly cleaned and set up at the end of the meal period and that all assigned side-work is complete.
- Become knowledgeable about shore excursions and all hotel facilities activities.
- Follow up with guest's concerns involving the hotel department to reach guest satisfaction. Register all guest interactions in the feedback log tool. Ensure that guest concerns received at the Desk are settled accordingly.
- Operate the switchboard and draft quotations.

- Giving accurate and consistent information to guests efficiently and courteously while maintaining a pleasant personality
- All guests are greeted with an appropriate greeting for the time of the day, a smile, and welcomed to the restaurant.
- Table maintenance is continued throughout the meal until the guests are ready to leave. Any item no longer in use by the guests is to be cleared promptly.
- Ensures that the assigned station is properly set up with the required amounts of china, glassware, silverware, and mis-en-place before the start of service.
- Complies with a sequence of service for food and beverage to ensure timeliness of service to guests.
- Demonstrates accurate and complete product and menu knowledge including food and beverage offerings, portion sizes, food allergies, and other related information to deliver high guest experience
