My name is Sithembiso Mlambo. I live in Ulundi but currently in QwaQwa. I have Bachelor of Education in intermediate Phase specialising in life skills and social sciences and Bachelor of Education Honours with specialisation in Curriculum Studies. I have 3-year experience in a tutoring EDUB1613&1623, GPED1623, EDUB2714&2724. . I am hard worker, passionate, consistent and disciplined.
I worked as facilitator( 1 year) and these were my duties:
Create daily lesson plans and learning activities for students based on national, local, and school standards in science education and research and knowledge of developmental behaviors.
Deliver high-quality, engaging instruction in the form of discussion, direct teaching, demonstrations, and independent practice using a variety of proven methods.
Differentiate lessons when needed to give all students access to the curriculum regardless of disability, instructional level, English proficiency , or level of interest in the subject.
Evaluate student peformance on tasks established by the standards using different methods such as observation, perormance-based tasks, or other standard test practices.
Maintain a safe, orderly, and supportive classroom by modeling expected behavior and standards, promoting positive interactions, and quickly addressing behaviors that are not in line with the school discipline plan.
Improve skills and knowledge in teaching by regularly taking classes, attending workshops, and discovering new methods of delivering exciting content to students.
I also worked as an academic tutor fir 3 years at the University of the Free State.
Assisting students with homework, projects, test preparation, papers, research and other academic tasks.
Met with students to clarify and review concepts taught in class, explain processes and help students solve specific problems. Supports classroom-centered activities,emphasing content of the tutoring sessions to meet with student needs.

I finished my bachelor's degree in intermediate phase specializing in social sciences and life skills at the University of the Free State . I also completed the TEFL certificate at Teacher Records, i completed my Honours with specialisation in Curriculum Studies at the university of the Free State
