- Perform titrations tests to monitor and adjust bath tanks concentrations within specification limits.
- Conduct weekly sample collection for external validation by suppliers, ensuring process compliance and consistency.
- Perform paint solids content analysis to maintain optimal electrocoating parameters.
- Measure paint film thickness and conduct cross-hatch adhesion tests to ensure coating integrity and durability.
