I have just over 9 years experience in the property industry, both commercial and residential. I started out as a data capturer and quickly grew in my career to where I am now. I have knowedge of both general maintenance as well as general knowledge of lifts, air-conditioning and fire suppression.
I enjoy the daily challenges that come from being in the property maintenance and management sector. I particularly enjoy managing and budgeting of daily maintenance and larger improvement projects. I am able to think outside of the box and enjoy the development and impovement of processes.
I worked as a data capturer for a year and a half before I had the opportunity to become coordinator for the maintenance department at my previous employer where I quickly grew into the position of Office/Maintenance Administrator. My roles in this position taught me a great deal in the 5years working there. In my current position I have had the opportunity to learn a great deal about lifts, air-conditioning and fire suppression where I coordinator contractors and in house staff to ensure compliance.
