I have approximately 9 months of clinical experience working as an agency Registered Nurse, with exposure to both general ward and ICU settings. My experience includes patient admission and assessment, monitoring vital signs, administering prescribed medication, wound care, assisting with patient hygiene and mobility, documentation, and nursing handover. I have also gained ICU exposure under supervision, including monitoring ventilated patients, and I consistently follow infection prevention and control protocols in all clinical environments.
