My experience includes patient admission and assessment, monitoring vital signs, administering prescribed medication, wound care, assisting with patient hygiene and mobility, documentation, and nursing handover. I have also gained ICU exposure under supervision, including monitoring ventilated patients, and I consistently follow infection prevention and control protocols in all clinical environments.
