My name is Sumaya Hoosen. I have over 20 years’ experience, most of which has been in the HR field and I have worked at most of the larger manufacturing and cement mining companies in South Africa. I have specialized in the fields of organizational development, succession and talent management, learning and career development, strategic planning and implementation, creating capacity and direction within the organizational performance environment for various organizations, divisions and units.
