I am a 45 year old married father of 3 with one 11 year old left in the house. For the last 12 years i have been in the call centre industry in every position available in operations. Built strong knowledge bases in all aspects of operations including billing, cust serv, sales, and then QA, mentoring, pioneering new divisions products and then management with a vast array of different systems knowledge.
Prior to call centres, i worked in furniture upholstery as an upholsterer and ran my own busienss where a few bad busienss decisions were made. The amount of personal growth that took place not only in my professional life but my private life as well is astonishing. Through my experience in both blue collar and white collar formats, I have come across many walks of life frlm whom I have learnt invaluable wisedom which i use in daily life.
