Hi, first and foremost I am a introvert and I like learning how to be able to do things myself so that next time I do not need to rely on assistance again, I am constantly asking questions and can often be seen as being objectionable but my main goal will always be to increase operational efficiency through a constant strive to improve myself.
I started working at Amozon Customer Service call center in Cape Town from there I moved to the current company I work for where I started as an admin assistant and I am now a service planner/administrator after being with the company for 2 years.
My most recent qualification is a certificate in operations management, done with UCT and the getsmatter program.
