My role involved fostering a high-performing team environment through training, real-time support, and continuous monitoring of service quality.
I completed a 3-year diploma in Management at CPUT (Cape Peninsula University of Technology), with a focus on Financial Management, Project Management, and Business Management. This program equipped me with a solid foundation in business operations, financial analysis, and project execution, preparing me to contribute effectively in various managerial roles.
