To whom it may concern,
I am currently working as an HR business Partner for three Companies; Evergreen Lifestyle Villages (hospitality), Evergreen Health (Health and Nursing) and Evergreen Property Developments (Property).
My experience is multi-disciplinary, with a strong focus on recruitment, training, industrial relations, admin (contracts, benefits, etc), employee file management, just to name a few. As an HR business partner, I am involved in full life cycle, starting from the recruitment process; such as advertisements, CV screening, interviewing, reference checks, criminal record screening, competitive package negotiations, offing, contract creation, onboarding to talent retention and sometimes exit interviews.
I am resourceful, hard-working and dedicated. Working in a fast-paced environments, I have developed outstanding organisational and IT skills with a pragmatic approach to problem solving. Quick to grasp new ideas and concepts and always keen to develop new skills and expertise.
I am an incredibly organised and structured individual with strong initiative and believe in going the extra mile to ensure an efficiency. I am a strong believer in doing things properly the first time around and always make time to assist my fellow team members.
