I am a newly-qualified educator specialising in English and Life Orientation (Senior and F.E.T. Phases), with prior experience as an Education Assistant in the intersen phase. I also have relevant teaching experience (4 months), which I acquired at Klapmuts High School.
I have an innate love for working with children of all ages, and often connect well with them. I always prioritise building a relationship with the child before anything, because children learn from and respect people they like.
I have a Mini-Netball Coaching qualification (level 1), qualified Advanced First-Aider (level 3), BokSmart certified, and I've recently obtained my PDP driver's license. I enjoy spending time in nature, taking long walks, and trying to expand my skills. I plan on pursuing Educational Psychology in the future.
