Supporting the HR (Human Resources) department and HR manager directly. Maintaining and organizing employee records, such as personal information and contracts. Updating HR databases including personal records, new hire, and previous staff members' data. Assisting in recruitment and on-boarding processes. Maintaining the cleanliness of the HR department. Filling and scanning of confidential documents.
Welcome Clients, answer calls at the front desk. Working with campaigns in collaboration with the youth programme. Do verification checks on stakeholders to ensure the clients' particulars are correct. Update the attendance register of employees daily.
