I am an innovative and detail-oriented Junior Test Analyst with a strong understanding of software testing principles and proven experience in quality assurance. Currently at King Price Insurance, I develop and execute comprehensive test cases while collaborating with developers to ensure software quality. My previous internship at Wemasoft Solutions allowed me to enhance system usability and improve user experience significantly.

I hold an Advance Diploma in Multimedia Computing and a National Diploma in IT Multimedia from Tshwane University of Technology. I am committed to continuous learning and professional growth in the field of software testing.

I have gained valuable experience as an eLearning Developer & Test Analyst Intern at King Price Insurance since November 2023 to present. In this role, I developed an engaging eLearning course on Basic Internet Skills, currently I'm Test Analyst intern, testing CRM and Stangen website features. Prior to this, I was a Software Developer Intern at Wemasoft Solutions from June 2022 to July 2023, where I created new features, tested software, troubleshot customer tickets, and implemented Scrum framework.

I also completed a Web Developer Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) program at ICEP: Tshwane University of Technology from July 2019 to January 2020 and gained experience in teamwork and project management.

I have pursued my education in the field of Multimedia at the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) with two significant qualifications: National Diploma in IT: Multimedia and Advance Diploma in Multimedia Computing
