Having pursued accounting in university and currently looking to complete my CTA Level 1 (Advanced Diploma in Accounting Science, one module left) shows that I am analytical and passionate about finance and accounting. As a bright 26 year old lady, my finance career experience and skills to date position me to add value and mitigate finance risk in any business. My proactive and positive attitude makes me a valuable member to any finance team.

Financial Administrator responsible for various finance tasks ranging from credit controller and stakeholder management that contribute towards the company’s cash position, credit rating and relationship with its suppliers. Responsibilities included:

• Vendor invoice verification and processing onto SAP FI Module.
• Preparing payment proposals in accordance with vendor payment terms
• Petty Cash verification and processing
• Employee claims verification and sending out for payment execution.
• Preparing monthly creditors reconciliation statement.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting policies and company processes.

• Preparing monthly general journals for cost allocations and cost transfers.
• Preparation of billing requests and processing the billing onto SAP FI Module.
• Following up on payment for invoices created with clients and managing the client relationship.
• Preparation of debtors list and debtor’s reconciliation.
• Creating purchase orders for general office supplies and ensuring delivery.
• Reviewing and editing of reports before being sent to clients.
