I am a registered dietician in the Ekurhuleni region. I completed all my formal training at UKZN receiving Golden Key International Society membership and other various awards for my academic excellence. I then went on to complete her community service at Tshwane District
Health.
My interests are in, but not limited to, public speaking, chronic diseases treatment &
management, nutrition in pregnancy, infants & during childhood and occupational health . I have been featured on Metro FM, Cliff central, Dumisa TV, Raising Babies 101 Season 1 and 2, Dexterity
Radio, Milenial, Move Magazine & BONA Magazine, True Love Magazine, w24, BBC News Africa,
Kaya FM, Sowetan Live & Nestle NIDO South Africa 3+ Masterclass amongst many other platforms,
and I was nominated for an EWIKA Award in the Sports and Wellness category.
Classically trained as a pianist, I also enjoy music, reading I am very family focused and have a strong passion for community upliftment work which has open doors for me to be involved in the launch of an initiative, called HOSAH, aimed at assisting women who are victims of GBV and have assisted the Salvation Army Southern Africa region in a project where I provided nutrional support yo babies, children and teenagers in their EDC centres and Childrens Homes throughout
South Africa, Lesotho and Swaziland.
