I have 35 years experience in the food service industry and have worked extensively in the various sectors of the industry ranging from Health care (Hospitals both public and private) Retirement, Education as well as Corporate and Industrial Sectors. I also have experience in facility management, mostly soft services and over seeing contractors involved in hard services. Finally, I have experience managing my private practice as Dietician.
