I currently work as Parking Attendant/Control room operator. My daily task include answering intercom calls, assist in pay stations. I possess Continuously monitor system parameters, CCTV feeds, and safety indicators. I possess extraordinary organisational abilities and excellent work ethic. I sometimes serve as acting supervisor whenever my supervisor is away while on leave.

Parking Attendant/Control Room Operator - Karabo Parking

• Collects tickets, validates and accepts cash for parking fees
• Operates cash register
• Balances revenue to cashier reports, report any discrepancies (lost tickets, gate malfunctions, cash shortages, etc.)
• Assist drivers with inquiries, provide directions, and help those who need assistance navigating the parking area
• Assists motorists with disabled vehicles.
• Patrol the facility, monitor surveillance equipments, and check vehicles for valid parking permits to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized parking.
• Manually lift gate for vehicles if gate is not functioning properly.
