Thato Matabane

Hello my name is Thato Matabane, I’m 24 years of age. I’ve got a certificate of education from the university of South Africa and still doing my bachelor in education at university of South African online. I am passionate, motivated,

disciplined, striving towards world class excellence, always eager to learn new things, safety minded, quality minded and driven with strong sense of ownership. Proven ability to lead, motivate and build a successful team. Ability to excel and expectation in high-pressure environment.

Driving cost control and reduction. Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with clients. Enthusiastic about identifying new opportunities and penetrating new markets. Fluent in multiple languages, adaptable and eager to contribute to educational and developmental initiatives.

I have gained diverse professional experience across administration, leadership and education. I worked at South Point as a Brand Ambassador in 2024, was promoted to Brand Ambassador Leader in 2025 and currently serve as a Student Administrator (2025–March 2026). In addition, I worked as a Teacher at White Stone College in 2024, where I developed my instructional and classroom management skills.

I completed my Senior Certificate at Motjedi Secondary School in 2020. I furthered my studies in Early Childhood Development at the University of South Africa in 2021. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education in Senior Phase and FET

(Arts and Languages) at the University of South Africa online.
