LEAN SIX SIGMA and BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
Primarily involved in the analysis, structuring, and measurement of performance issues. The role of a lean Six Sigma practitioner is a production method aimed primarily at a set of techniques and positions. professionals are expected to lead Continuous improvement (or Kaizen) in a way to identify opportunities, on projects and improve results through LEAN concepts and advanced statistical analysis techniques. I can understand team dynamics and assign roles and responsibilities to team members in a project.
Variation is always the source of quality issues (this is often understood at the leadership statistics level A statistics level is the value of the input, and it is the main source of emotional decision-making. we are the ones who lead efforts to reduce variation in processes to improve results and are the ones who teach and counsel business leaders and personnel on how to reduce variation, make better choices, and improve results.
