I’m an IT professional with experience in software development. Currently focusing on Agile Project management.
Previously, I focused on Business and Systems analysis where I gained detailed experience in analyzing software applications.
I’ve been a certified scrum master for over 4years now
I’m currently responsible for 3 scrum teams both onshore and offshore.
On a day to day, I schedule and facilitate all scrum ceremonies. I work very closely with the team as a servant leader, I always make sure I reach out to the team if they have any blockers to make sure it gets resolved quicker.
I also work very closely with the product owner and project managers to ensure that product backlog is healthy and ready for the team, every story has a clear definition and an acceptance criterion.
I also work very closely with the change manager to ensure a smooth release of all the changes.
