I come with experience and the ability to deal with customers, meet their expectations as I am customer experience oriented. The experience that I have accumulated over 10 years has given me the platform/opportunity to deal with customers from a sales and service perspective. I believe that the experience I have, can contribute to making the customer journey simpler.

I come with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. In my years of working in corporate background I work well under pressure, and can handle queries, I have excellent administration skills, immensely organized, with good problem-solving mind-set. I pay attention to detail and can handle stress, I’m an initiative and goal orientated individual, determined, and assertive, with a drive and passion for success in everything I do.

I possess a willingness to learn and can adapt easily to change.
