Senior surveyor
I am a National Diploma holder in Mine Surveying from the Zimbabwe School of Mines, graduating in 2005. I bring 24 years of field experience across openpit /cast, underground, exploration, civil, and topographical surveying.
Throughout my career, I have progressed from Survey Assistant to Learner
Surveyor, Surveyor, and Senior Surveyor. I have also held roles in mine planning, Pit Foreman, and Chief Surveyor. This progression has given me a strong understanding of both technical surveying operations and on-site management.I have worked extensively in Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Mauritania,
giving me broad exposure to different mining environments and requirements.
I am highly experienced in underground, open-pit, topographical, civil, and desert surveying.
My technical skill set includes:
3D visualization and layout conceptualization
Analytical problem-solving and technical presentation
Proficiency in Maptek Vulcan, Surpac, Stopcad, and Agisoft for drone data processing, point cloud generation, and volume calculations
This combination of field expertise and technical proficiency makes me wellpositioned for roles in mine surveying, as well as in the marketing and support of surveying equipment.
