I'm a highly driven recently qualified Diesel Mechanic seeking a full-time position in an engineering field where I can contribute my training analytic skills. With three years training experience in a mining environment with being exposed to Hydraulic and Pnuematic's systems. I'm motivated with a proven track record of success in servicing, repairing and maintaining Diesel equipment.
Proficient in troubleshooting,diagnosing and recognizing equipment failure and able to work out strategies to prevent future failures.
*Performed preventative maintenance of machinery and repairing diesel ancillary equipment.
*Completing daily maintenance reports and logs.
*Assist with inspecting equipment and scheduling repairs before failure and breakdown, recognize equipment failures and root causes to prevent future failures.
*Disassemble and reassemble engine systems to locate defects,identifying and examine parts for defects and excessive wear.
*Help recondition, repair and replace worn parts such as Fuel systems, Drive Train Components, Steering systems, Suspensions and Auto Electrical systems.
*Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment performance faults.
*Prepare correct and complete work orders.
