I have over 18 years of experience within CSI/CSR management, Employee Wellbeing implementation and Organisational Development.
I am responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) committee function and served as an expert advisor in this committee for over ten years. Thus, I have been responsible for budget spending, stakeholder engagement, monitoring and evaluation of all approved projects. I manage a CSR team (administrators, service providers and NGO’s) and wellbeing team (Administrator, EAP service providers, Medical AID broker and wellness ambassadors).
Over the years, I have collaborated with HR to deliver OD duties such as employee engagement, team building, boost sessions, Your Say surveys, and culture transformation across the company.
