Remote troubleshooting/support for clients ( Teamviewer or AnyDesk )
Onsite troubleshooting and repair done at clients premises when callouts booked ( home and small/medium business )
Basic Server troubleshooting/support ( RDP, user setups and permissions etc. )
Troubleshoot and repair client machines at home office if onsite repair is not viable, Windows fixes, virus removal, MS Office fixes, machine backups and reloads, etc.
Onsite Fiber connectivity troubleshooting and fixes done at clients premises when callouts booked ( home and small/medium business )
Sales of new components or machines when necessary
Build new machines to spec for clients.
Network support and installations done for clients, new and upgrades, cable and/or wireless, incl. routers, switches and access points.
CCTV Camera systems support and installations, new and upgrades, IP and analog systems as well as wireless access point IP camera system installations
