Tori Wampach

I am a matriculate of 2023, from Springfield Girls Convent High school. I am heading into my gap year before I begin my studies toward becoming an occupational therapist. I would love to gain experience, save money and learn new skills within this gap year.

I am eager to involve myself in the working world and become self-sufficient. I offer a variety of skills which can pose beneficial in various working environments. I am open to many different opportunities and experiences.

I have a broad spectrum of interests which help me in offering a variety of skills and being open to many different fields. I am often described as perseverant and diligent and am said to be a confident and independent individual. I have a strong capability and tend to grasp onto new concepts fairly quickly as I am a fast learner.

I can assure to prove to be an asset to the working world as I always strive to do my best and deliver to the best of my ability. As I am a first-time job seeker I understand that it comes with limitations. However, my adaptability, fast learning, organisational skills and maturity will help me push past any obstacle that should come my way.

I am a first-time job seeker, but have worked within businesses during school holidays and free time. I have done a variety of office work including admin, organisation, filing and overseeing how the businesses work and handle client relations. This was done through both Four Quarters Design Studio as well as as Spar Head Offices in Cape Town.

I have also job shadowed at Oakley House Primary school here I was able to gain an understanding of the teaching environment a well as how to work with children with disabilities. I have too helped behind the scenes of Fox Public Design Studio where I could offer advice of digital marketing and gain insight to how that particular field of work operates.

I am a 2023 matriculate. I have completed primary and high school. I have a matric certificate. I have maintained a consistent high academic standard throughout my schooling career of a rough average of 75-85%. In my matric year I achieved half-academic colors and first place trophy for mathematical literacy.
