I'm currently the Head of Post Investment Monitoring and Restructuring and have in the past, almost two years, assumed the role of an Acting Executive Manager: Post Investment Monitoring Workout and Restructuring at Small Enterprise Development and Finance Agency (Sedfa, previously SEFA). I have 22 years of working experience, 20 years in the banking and development finance industry. I am analytical, attentive to detail, and a leader.

Under my leadership, I have transitioned the Post Investment Division to focus on sectoral based monitoring of the loan book, developed a risk grading model to prioritize monitoring activities according to their risk ratings, developed a balance tracking model to address the rolling of the book between ECL stages. Through my experience in lending and credit, I have designed and implemented new templates for ease of monitoring, reporting, and have headed the workouts and restructuring of transactions. I also managed to create a sub-committee of Exco focusing solely on restructuring and workout of transactions.

As an Investment Associate and Portfolio Manager, I have prepared and presented numerous transactions for approval at various committees across all sectors. I have reviewed and structured transactions as a Regional Manager for approval. While at Credit, I have managed the division as a 2IC to the Head of the division, overseeing the credit assessments, training of new entrants, training of regional office staff on financial modelling and designed financial models to simply the work of the credit division.
