• Sales quotes, processing sales orders, reading architectural drawings/floor plans/door schedule
• Order follow up with warehouse
• Assisting clients in making sure they order the right product (working hand in hand with client)
• Booking meetings, zoom, teams and telephonically to identify their business and personal needs and determine appropriate products (fire doors, door frames, flush doors, hospital doors) needed for a project
• Client management, site visits, training new staff
• Establishing a relationship with clients to ensure repeat business, managing client portfolio
• Presenting a professional image in formal ware, conduct and carry and cultivates a strong working relationship with representatives on site, from site manage, site engineer, quantity survey, buyer to installer on site
• Following the sales process and procedures established through relationship building
• Following the established codes and conducts strictly adhering to all company policies
• Following established policies and procedures of ethical market conduct, conducting business according to the highest standards of honesty, fairness, and integrity renders service to members

• Conducting offline or online research to resolve client problems and comply with pertinent laws and regulations
