I am a very healthy optimistic person. I enjoy Nourishing my body and using it. I absolutely love all forms of yoga and pole fitness. I also enjoy functional training, water sports and cycling. I enjoy being healthy and working hard. I thrive in positive healthy environments where communication and understanding is clear. I do not enjoy being rushed or pressured to perform.
