• Oversee the day-to-day management and running of the business:
• managing the sales admin & conveyancing process and providing leadership and guidance

• Institutional financial management – Monthly Draw Management 
• Private equity capital raising – Part of the team that successfully raised R10,7m to secure stands in Polokwane
• Member of the Development Management team at MSP with Old Mutual Alternative Investments (OMAI) manages a portfolio within the HIFSA Fund
• I chair the monthly project meetings with OMAI where we act as Development Managers. These meetings determine the strategy and vision that we implement to ensure optimal outcomes for shareholders

• Liaising with various professionals - town planners, landscape architects, quantity surveyors, structural engineers, civil engineers, electrical engineers & architects for project costs and designs
• Coordinate and chair project meetings with the professional team 

• Planning and directing project activities to achieve project objectives
• Managing projects time, budget and quality
• Provide leadership and guidance to professional teams and contractors

• Update project meeting minutes and ensure actions are taken within appropriate time frames

• Formulate & Implement marketing strategy when launching new developments with Marketing Team
