My name is Xolisile Dhlamini. I have a broad experience in finance since, I am currently working as Finance Intern at South West Gauteng TVET College since October 2023 until present, I also have nine years of experience worked as a Service Recovery Consultant for First National Bank, where I handled customer inquiries and complaints with a sympathetic and empathic approach. I also escalated issues and work with other departments to help customers by providing feedback and additional support.
I also handled data capturing, new banker training, and other admin duties. I graduated in May 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management (NQF 7). I also possess a Matric (Grade 12) NQF level 4 and a National Certificate in Banking (NQF level 5).
I have good problem-solving skills, I am a team player, client service driven, accountable, and responsible. I am also computer literate and a quick learner. As I accept and put the TCF (Treating Customer Fairly) into practice on a daily basis, I have learned to treat the customer fairly in whatever I do and ensure that my job is completed by the deadline.
I tend to be quite accurate and have a strong eye for detail, therefore I should be very appreciative of the chance to advance in your organization. I am capable of taking on my assignment and possess the passion and determination necessary to see it through to completion.
