Key responsibilities include handling customer queries, organizing carrier haulage deliveries for customers, monitoring the delivery to ensure that the container(s) get loaded onto the truck to meet stacks, selling carrier haulage to customers using the Ocean Plus tool, pulling Agent View reports to ensure proactive communication with customers.
My biggest achievement is when I was able to assist UNITRANS with a release of their unit to meet stacks. They baked me a cake as a way of showing their appreciation.
