I am a 31 year old female who has completed matric in 2013 and worked at a Vineyard Hotel from 2014 till 2016 and recently resigned as a Customer Care agent from Shoprite Checkers in April 2025 and enrolled into the Allison online free courses and completed a Diploma in Supply Chain Management. I am looking to gain experience in the Supply Chain environmemt and possible further my studies into a degree into the field.
Dealing with suppliers and buyers for specific products capturing customer information and provide ETA‘s handle escalations and social media queries
Provide support to regional managers and managers in store level
Handle high risk and food safety complaints
