I have built my career within fast-paced eCommerce and marketplace environments, starting in customer service and progressing into operations, onboarding, catalogue management, and vendor management roles. I currently work as a Vendor Manager at Amazon, where I manage vendor portfolios, monitor catalogue performance, support commercial growth initiatives, and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency. Before this, I worked at Mr D in both operations support and catalogue onboarding roles, where I managed partner onboarding, catalogue optimization, operational troubleshooting, and partner support for restaurant and retail marketplace partners.

My experience has given me strong skills in vendor and stakeholder management, eCommerce operations, SLA management, problem-solving, reporting, and process improvement within large digital commerce platforms.
