I am a reliable person to work with. I take my job seriously and meet deadlines. I have an understanding ear and know how to make clients feel heard, understood and respected, no matter how challenging.

I worked as a Sales Agent for OpenView HD and because of my dedication and great customer skills I was later promoted to being a Sales manager.

I worked as a Chat Operator for ABC chat and Texting factory. My role required me to chat with different people from around the world, creating strong friendships and fantasy relationships. I paid attention to each client and created a safe space which kept them happy and comfortable with me.

I finished my Matric at Zimisele secondary school in 2014.

I received training for Transcription and typing.
