• Plan and prioritize daily and weekly production jobs based on deadlines and operational capacity.

• Enforce proper documents of CWM RECORDING SHEET, SCRAP RECODING, RERUNS AND REWORK.
• Conduct profile wire stock take and investigate variance.
• Material usage and returns to stores.
• Promote clear and accurate data capture to support production reporting.
• Coordinate subcontracted process such as casting, passivation, rolling inspection.
• Communication with external suppliers regarding drawing, edit list, inspection and completion dates.
• Request and manage quotations for crates, packing area.
• Confirm packing methods, crate dimensions, makings of the job (lables)

• Responsible for generating job cards foe wedge wire molded Poly clips and GGV panels daily and weekly.
• Analyzing of manufacturing drawings and works order routines is correct and the job files using JDE and DM.
• Creating of requisition of outside operation and subcontractors on JDE.
• Raising ORs using JDE within 2 days of receipt of request.
• Liaising with sale on daily basis on stock availability for customer and delivery date, HDR loaded in time.
