My name is Zimkitha Pamla. I have experience in customer service, administration, and data entry, where I developed strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. I have earned Microsoft certifications, including Power BI, and I have basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, data cleaning, dashboards, and reporting.

I enjoy working with data to find insights that help businesses make better decisions, and I am excited to continue learning and growing as a Data Analyst. I am currently doing Oracle OCI AI Foundations Associate certification.

At KPMG, I worked as an Assistant Asset Administrator in the Procurement department for one year. My responsibilities included maintaining accurate asset records, updating asset information, tracking company assets, and assisting with procurement and inventory processes. I worked with Excel and internal systems to ensure data accuracy, prepared reports, supported audits, and collaborated with different teams to ensure assets were properly recorded and managed.

This role strengthened my attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work with data accurately.

I worked as a General Assistant at Plumblink, where I supported the daily operations of the store. My responsibilities included receiving and unpacking stock, replenishing shelves, assisting with inventory counts, keeping the store clean and organized, and helping customers locate products. I also worked closely with the team to ensure stock was accurately managed and that customers received excellent service.

This role helped me develop strong teamwork, communication, time management, and customer service skills.

I worked as a Brand Ambassador, promoting products, engaging with customers, and increasing brand awareness. I explained product benefits, encouraged sales, and provided excellent customer service while representing the brand professionally.

I completed my Matric certificate and a Call Centre certificate. I have earned Microsoft certifications in PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals) and PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst Associate) and Microsoft DP-600 (Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate). I am currently studying for Oracle OCI AI Foundations Associate certification to further develop my skills in cloud technologies, and artificial intelligence.
