I have almost 10 years of working experience, working for a Payments Technology company called XLink Communications which is a subsidiary of Vodacom. Throughout my career as an Operations Professional, I have developed a deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. I have gained extensive experience in overseeing complex operational functions, managing projects from inception to completion, and leading teams to deliver outstanding results.
Additionally, I have worked closely with Agile teams and understand the principles of Scrum. I am passionate about driving organizational change and promoting a culture of continuous improvement that will enable the team to deliver exceptional results. I understand the importance of effective communication, collaboration, and streamlined processes in achieving project goals, and I believe these skills are essential for a successful Scrum Master.
I am currently completing my Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information & Technology Management. I will be commencing with my final as of August 2023.
