• Exhibited transformational leadership to frame strategic plans and develop new modules in operating remedial collections & recoveries function, thus facilitating the implementation of collection strategies with an aim to accomplish organizational collection targets.
• Spearheaded team leaders and agency managers in managing collections and recovery portfolios for accomplishing the collections targets.
• Spearheaded initiatives like skip tracing, bureau based recoveries, new org charts, new score cards etc.
