‐Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.‐Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. socialplatforms and professional networks.‐Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls,assessments and in‐person interviewsMaintaining and updating employee records‐Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positionʼs ‐Lead employer branding initiatives‐Handling all kind of employees grievances‐Support Public Relations Manager in developing,‐Implementing and organising public relations and public engagement programmes for various projects‐ Finalize to labors leave, resign, termination and warning ‐ Maintain all labour contracts, Emirates ID, passport with visa copies and photos on the HR network and employee files‐ Managed labors timesheet in various projects/labors supply, Prepare subcontractorsʼ invoices as per agreement.‐ Provide general PRO support to departments for any activity involving the local authorities, including responsibilities for business licenses ,new visa processing of different nationalities,renewals etc‐ Employee engagement and ensure discipline in the camp and to follow company/camp‐ Handling All kind of employeeʼs grievances and resolving in very short time .‐ To provide feedback mechanisms for management to advice, motivate the employees on their productivity.‐ Assess the performance of all employees, process and operations.‐ Working closely at different software such as clear and sage etc for PR,PO ,invoices and receipts etc‐ Coordination with all concerns Dept. for new arrivals/departures, distribution of company letters, Emirates ID and Medical schedule etc.‐Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working daysFinal Settlement preparation, visa cancellation, Final Clearance and Final departure follow upWorkmen Compensation updation to the Insurance company as and when required (Deletion / Addition)Probation Completion notice to department heads (Monthly)Visa renewal notice to relevant department heads for approval (Monthly) & act accordingly for renewal or non-renewal.Attend Queries from Labors & Staffs and resolve them in a timely manner by discussing with the managementMeet Labor & Staff requirements by attending their calls and personal visitsLetter draftings (NOC, Salary Certificate, Salary Slips, Warning Letters, etc.)Other Day to Day tasks assigned by the management
