3- Provide detailed information about travel destinations, itineraries, and pricing.
4- Payment Processing & Documentation Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain records of transactions. Verify customer details, payment methods, and travel documents before finalizing reservations.
5- Handle refunds, cancellations, and re-bookings as per company policy. Record-Keeping & Reporting Maintain a database of customer reservations, payments, and travel history. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on bookings and cancellations.
