Regional Field Service Enablement Director, MEA | NCR Corporation 2013 – Present
▪ Managing MEA region Service enablement organization.
▪ Leading the Supply Chain operations for the MEA region, Accountable for the regional supply chain P&L and supply chain operational KPIs.
▪ Leading MEA Distribution Center, 9 Service Centers, 18 central warehouses and 30 field stocking locations.
▪ Leading a team of logistics managers along with logistics associates in MEA region including Pakistan.
▪ Accountable for managing a P&L of $21M along with an inventory worth $25M.
▪ Managing 3rd party logistics partners in six different countries.
▪ Creating and reviewing MEA SLA metrics and performance measurements.
▪ Setting up inventory budgets and freight spending on a regional level.
▪ Leading cost-reduction initiatives in the area .
▪ Weekly and monthly financial outlook reviews throughout the financial year, directing and implementing correctional actions to ensure operations remain on track.
▪ Initiating/planning/leading logistics as well as lean Six Sigma projects in MEA area including defect elimination programs. ▪ Participating in cross-functional teams and taskforce for MEA area leadership team strategic planning efforts. ▪ Identifying new sourcing and supplier solutions.
▪ Reviewing and negotiating RFPs, SOWs and contracts with 3rd party logistics suppliers.
▪ Setting up area quality standards and ensuring implementation such as inventory planning criteria and procurement rules for external suppliers in MEA, procurement processes from the new area distribution centerMEADC and more. ▪ Identifying new resource requirements (people, software or hardware) while monitoring the hiring process. ▪ Establishing yearly objectives for the team and performing quarterly performance appraisals.
